CHA-W 2010: New Favorites!
I saw tons of things that were must haves from several new or newer companies. Here are a few:

They rock at putting together monthly kits that feature their own unique stamps, now they are in the paper biz too with two debut lines, Home Front and Anthology. I absolutely love Anthology, love it. The journaling cards and FabRips are divine!

The stamps are so fun and vintage. I especially love the coffee stain one. That one will be so awesome stamped in distress ink.

The rub-ons come in four colors for each which I think is really cool.

Okay, they aren’t new or new to me, but I feel like it is new paper love every time I see and touch a piece of Paper Trunk paper. It has such a unique texture which kind of reminds me of handmade paper.

At this show, they added a kraft paper collection which combines everything I love about their paper with kraft paper. I think that is pretty blissful!

There is a really sweet simplicity to Lily Bee’s collection that really caught my eye. They feature really nice classic crisp patterns in great colors. One thing I noticed right away that I liked was that the pattern repeats easily. Often times when I do decor pieces I have to line up multiple pieces (kind of like wallpapering). Some paper designs make that really difficult because the repeat is so far off. This paper has a great repeat and would make awesome decor pieces.

Love, love, love this whole happy little booth. I am not sure how long they have been making paper, I know I have heard the name on line before, but this was my first chance to see it and I loved it! They have great basics that are must-have go-to items for every paper stash. The patterns on their kraft line made me outright giddy! Everything about the whole line is not only adorable but named with soup-y names that are fun and clever.

I tell ya, there was canvas every where at the show but this booth was pure canvas heaven! I love doing projects on stretched canvases and loved that they had them not the normal artist white, but in the natural kraft-like color. This company is a decor company so not only did they have anything and everything you can imagine in canvas, but they had cool hardware for it as well. Super fun stuff.

And finally, Nikki Sivils!
I loved getting to stop for a few minutes to meet Nikki and her team. Nikki is from my home town of Springfield, Mo and it is just so exciting to me to see someone from home jumping in to the scrapbook world with her own line. Her collection is packed full of cuteness and is full of fun and bright colors and patterns. Nikki has really fun packaging that has been thoughtfully designed so that it can be re-used and re-purposed in other projects. Cute and green, that is a fun combination!
