Happy Thursday! Welcome to another Crafty Throw Back Thursday! This week I am throwing it back to May 2013 with one of my very favorite tutorials that combine fabric and paper!
Late April and early May is a busy time in the studio! It is sewing time for quilt market. I am thrilled to once again be sewing samples of the new Tim Holtz Eclectic Elements fabrics from Coats! It is always such a thrill to get to work such amazing designs. The new fabric designs are amazing and feature many of your favorite Tim Holtz paper designs. I can’t show you this year’s samples yet so I thought for #TBT I would share a project from last year’s quilt market and the launch of Tim’s fabrics. This project is a full tutorial showing how to create this fabric book using just fabric and chipboard. It can be adapted to different sizes easily. One thing I really love is that the fabrics available now coordinate with papers available now so that you can have a totally coordinated book!
You can find the full tutorial here: Tammy Tutterow Tutorial | Joy Journal featuring Tim Holtz Eclectic Elements Fabric.
PS. Congratulations to Lorrie A. from Indiana who won the set of three new Tim Holtz Distress Ink Minis from last week’s give away. Enjoy Lorrie!
