Happy Thursday! On Thursdays I like to do a little thing I call Crafty Throw Back Thursday where I take a look back at a past project or tutorial. It is a great way for you to see some older tutorials you may have missed or revisit one you may have forgotten about. The project I Sugar Crackle Glazed Votives I shared on Tim’s blog yesterday had me thinking about this tutorial from October 2010. Since the some samples were Halloween themed, I thought it would be a great time to share it for #TBT.
Back then, I was experimenting trying to find the right combination of products to be able to apply Rock Candy Distress Crackle paint on non-porous surfaces, especially metal. I conducted lots of test using all types of clear coats as bases until I stumbled on my favorite, Glossy Accents. As you saw yesterday that combination works well on both glass and metal.
Remember, you can always find a full directory of my previous blog tutorials here: Tammy Tutterow blog tutorials.
