Oh my goodness! I can’t believe this day is finally here! I have so many things to show you! I can finally show you the new products with Spellbinders and the projects that I have been working on for the last several weeks and months!
I have been missing from my blog for the last several weeks because I have been working non-stop on samples and classes for the show. I will share more photos of my display from the show soon. But first I thought I would share product images from the packaging.
I will start the sharing today with stamps…
First up are my background stamps… you may notice the word Big in the name of most of them, that is because they are large 6.5″ x 4.5″ stamps! They are large enough to stamp a larger card front and full #8 tag! They are great for journal covers and mixed media projects. (To see how I stamp with this larger size stamp, check out my For You Art Tag tutorial.)
All of my Spellbinders products are expected to ship April 1st.
SBS-045 Big Fabric- This one is fun because the linen and lace background is faded in and out, just like the real vintage linen garment that the stamp was designed from!
I love this bit of vintage linen and have had it in my crafty stash for years. I could never bring myself to craft with it and “use it up”. Now I can use it again and again and still have the original!
SBS-046 Big Cheesecloth- You saw this stamp in the For You Art Tag tutorial. I love how dimensional this design looks when stamped! It makes such a great background for a wide variety of projects.
This image was created from a photograph of a real piece of vintage fabric in my collection.
SBS-047 Big Woodgrain- It was important for my stamp images to have a piece of my heart in them.
This one has a piece of my 1923 craftsman style bungalow… this stamp design is an actual image of one of the floorboards in my house! I hope you think that is as fun as I do!
SBS-048 Dear Ruby- This stamp is my favorite for a very personal reason… it is all about my husband’s beloved grandmother Ruby.
The story of the Dear Ruby stamps needs a post of its own so I will share more about it when I share the project I created featuring Ruby.
In addition to the background stamps, I have 11 hand drawn stamps that feature my hand lettering doodles. They are sized to fit card fronts and are perfect for fans of coloring!
I’ll be back tomorrow with more new products to share. I can’t wait to show you what else I have coming!
