Happy Friday Friends! Five For Friday is all about sharing 5 links to creative inspiration that you need to check out before you get your crafty groove on for the weekend.
It has been a little quiet here on my blog for the last two weeks. It is funny, I used to be an amazing multitasker, my years as a police/911 dispatcher taught me to juggle lots of tasks well. It has been about 5 years since I dispatched and I seem to have lost my juggling skills. Now when I get a big task I just seem to shut everything out and focus only on the one thing. Last week I worked on a ton of new art for an exciting new project I have coming out in a few months. I can’t wait to tell you more about it!
Thankfully my team has created and shared lots while I have been away. I have an amazing round-up of projects from them to share with you. You are going to love what they make this week!
Cathie Cowles: Oh my heart! Could this card from Cathie be any sweeter? It pairs my Welcome Wee One stamp perfectly with cute animal stamps. Find all the details here: Welcome Wee One Card.
Terri Kolte: My queen of collage, Terri has a knack of pairing my stamps with the perfect vintage image. This little girlie makes me smile and is just perfect! Find the project at: Suck It Up, Buttercup Collage.
Lin Brandyberry: Gingham, stitching, and posies. A few of my favorite things! Check out this great clean and simple card by Lin on her blog: Flower Bouquet Card.
Mindy Baxter: When I first saw this card, I honestly said “I love that background stamp!” without realizing it was MY stamp! Mindy not only colored it perfectly, but she also used a floral swag stamp to create a background. I never saw that stamp used in that way and I am in love! Check out the details of her card here: Create A Repeated Background Tutorial.
Kathy Clement: Kathy’s wonderful card captures a bit of everything that says spring to me, sweet posies and pastels colors. I love the way she mixed and matched so many wonderful patterns, painting a perfect spring feel! Find Kathy’s blog post here: Hello Springtime Card.
