Happy Friday Friends! Creative Team Friday is all about sharing 5 links to creative inspiration that you need to check out before you get your crafty groove on for the weekend.
Summer vacation is here at my house. I am enjoying not getting up as early to get Emma off to school. With all that rest, I seem to cranking out so much more work than during the school year. The past two weeks I have had made several video tutorials (something that has always intimidated me) and shared lots of quick and easy card ideas. If I can keep up the pace, I might finally get all of those project photos from CHA blogged and shared! I think I will make that a goal.
My creative team has been so productive and amazing as usual. Here is the latest round-up of projects from them. As always, please click on through to their blogs and give them some comment love.
Cathie Cowles: I simply love every single detail about this sweet tag and pocket from Cathie. I LOVE the flowers she created and I love the peek of the Flower Bouquet stamp peeking out of the pocket on the tag. My most favorite part? It is bits of my Dear Ruby stamp fading in and out of the pocket. Out of all the stamps I have released, it is still my most favorite. If you aren’t familiar, you can read Dear Ruby’s story. For more about the details on this project, please visit Cathie’s blog: For You Tag and Pocket Card.
Kathy Clement: Oh my goodness, Kathy is a mini book magician! That girl can pack more into a mini book than any other designer I’ve ever known! I like to challenge myself to see if I can spot all the dies without looking at her supply lists. She always manages to use them in ways that I would have never thought of. You have to click through and check out what she did with the Tabs Two die set! Find all the details and a link to a video tour here: Fairy Happy Birthday Wishes Gift Wallet.
Lin Brandyberry: I have said it before and it bears saying it again, Lin is the absolute undisputed fussy cutting queen! She makes me wish we had designed a die for the Rose Border stamp because it looks amazing cut out and popped up on her card. Be sure to visit Lin’s blog to see more of this card and her other amazing cards! Love Is Card.
Terri Kolte: Terri always keeps me guessing. I never know just what she will have mixed and matched. This week she used her mad mixing skills into a card. Get the full reveal on her blog: Hello there…
Vicki Chrisman: Our sweet Vicki is still recovering from her car accident. While she may not be very mobile, she is managing to sneak in bits of creativity here and there. This sweet project from her has my wheels spinning thinking of all the ways to use stamps in needlework. For this project, Vicki stamped the Home Sweet Home Stamp onto fabric and then added embroidery stitches. Isn’t it amazing? This project isn’t on her blog yet, but be sure to visit Vicki’s blog and check out her previous posts: This Art That Makes Me Happy.
Don’t forget- If you have something you have created with my products I would love to see it! If you post it on social media, be sure to tag me. You can also post a link in the comments below or even email me. I would love to see your creations and share them on my Pinterest and Facebook page for others to see!
