Happy Friday Friends! Five For Friday is all about sharing 5 links to creative inspiration that you need to check out before you get your crafty groove on for the weekend.
This week’s Five for Friday is really bittersweet and one that I really just don’t want to post, not because of the projects (they are amazing) but because this will be the last edition of Five for Friday featuring my amazing creative team. I have been so blessed to have this amazing group of artists working with my products for over a year now. I can not even begin to tell you how much their art has touched my heart and inspired me. I hope that it has had the same effect on you. I could tell them each “thank you” a thousand times but it wouldn’t be enough.
I have some big changes coming in 2018. I will still be blogging and sharing ideas and projects here. I will get back to sharing more tutorials and will have more online classes. I will still be creating products, however a few products will be moving to a new home. (I will share more details on that when the time comes.)
With an upcoming transition, it felt like a good time to press pause on my creative team. A few are moving on to some super amazing opportunities and a few others will hopefully be back when it is time to have a team again. I hope that when you visit the links to this week’s projects that you will take a moment to book mark each blog and make a point to visit them all regularly. These amazing ladies have so much inspiration to share and I just know that you are going to want to follow them all.
I am going to take a little mini blog vacation while I finish up prepping for the upcoming trade show. I have a new stamp and die collection that will debut there. I will be back the first week of January with an official blog reveal on January 6th. Be sure to come by to check it out, it is my most favorite collection to date and I can not wait to share it with you!
Cathie Cowles: This sweet card featuring the Wishing You Everything Happy stamp is simply card making perfection! I simply adore the coloring and the use of plaid. And that scallop border… swoon! Find out more a bout this card on Cathie’s blog: Everything Happy Card.
Kathy Clement: No one can integrate interactive elements into cards and books like Kathy. This week’s card featuring the Cold Hands Warm Hearts stamp is no exception, it is packed with clever interactive touches that you will love! Click through to Kathy’s blog to check out all the details: Cold Hands Warm Hearts Card.
Lin Brandyberry: One of the things I love most about Lin’s work is its clean simplicity. She always finds the perfect balance of adding special touches that really let the sentiment shine. Be sure to visit Lin’s blog this week to see more of this card along with a bonus Christmas card: Thank You Card.
Terri Kolte: How sweet and festive and vintagey is this card? I love the ways Terri stamped on pattern paper and then added gems to embellish the tree. And adding the sentiment to a vintage style label? Perfection! Get a closer look at Terri’s Merry & Bright Tree card on her blog: Merry and Bright Card
Vicki Chrisman: Do you need a quick last minute gift idea? This cutie is perfect for a quick hostess gift! Find out how Vicki created this sweet treat gift with the Mittens and Sentiments stamps on her blog: For You Gift Jar.
Don’t forget, if you create something with my products I want to see it! If you post it on social media, be sure to tag me. You can also post a link in the comments below or even email me. I would love to see your creations and share them on my Pinterest and Facebook page for others to see!
