Terms of Use: Free Images, Doodles, and Classes

TammyTutterow.com and FairyDavis.com offers high resolution downloads of vintage photographs and paper goods, hand drawn doodles and text graphics, and scrapbooking and papercrafting project classes.  The images, doodles, and some classes are offered for free as a way of paying it forward to the craft community.  In exchange, I ask that you abide by the following conditions when downloading and using these files.

The following terms apply to all photographic, text, graphic, doodled, and project classes offered by download on this site:

• I ask that you not copy, redistribute, or use the files for commercial purposes. By downloading them you are agreeing that you understand and agree to my conditions and Terms of Use (TOUs).

• I provide these files in a format that allows you to edit and change them to suit the needs of your projects.  You may re-size, re-edit, and print images and graphics as many times as you wish. Your download grants you unlimited personal use.  By downloading the files, you agree that they are for your own use.

• You may not post or share the files with others to download or copy, or to use for re-sale on any other website. I work very hard to offer high quality images that have been carefully created, selected, and edited. I only offer images of actual items that I own or have created myself.  I encourage each person who wants to use these files to visit this site and download their own copy.

• Commercial artists and crafters may sell completed pieces of artwork that include the vintage images and doodles. I do ask, if possible, that you include a photo credit to my site. Commercial artist can not re-distribute my images or doodles outside of a completed piece of handcrafted craft projects or artwork.

• My images and doodles may not be used in collage sheets, image CD’s, incorporated, included in, or reworked into commercial digital scrapbook or web graphics, or anything similar without my consent. My images and doodles may not re-produced or altered in whole or in part for the purpose of re-selling them as images or doodles. My images and doodles may not be re-sold in any form other than in completed, handcrafted craft and art pieces.

• Images of completed projects that include my images and doodles may be shared online (blogs, galleries, etc) and in publication, in fact I love that and encourage you to show off your work! I would love to share images of your completed works featuring my images on my site. If you have a completed piece you would like to share, please use my contact form to tell me about it. Any images of your work that I post on my site will always be credited to the creator with links to their own site.

Store owners and instructors should contact us for special terms on bulk image usage for classes or retail distribution.

Please note that I own original copies of all vintage images shared on this site. I do not offer any items that I do not own and that can be found on another site or in the public domain.
